Hi all, I've been scanning using iOS Big Sur without problem using HP Smart app for a laser jet printer model M479fdw for the past 4 months without an issue. I really like being able to scan double sided pages without having to flip the paper over. Three days ago there was an update for the smart app which I always download without thinking about it twice. After that, when I scanned either single pages or multiple pages it would repeatedly scan the first page scanned over and over again. I let it run for an extended period and got to 42 scans of the same page before I cancelled the scan. I contacted support and uploaded a new version of the firmware and print drive without any luck fixing the problem. I've had to resort to using HP easy scan again which isn't so easy but I guess reliable. I'm not certain if it's a result of the update I downloaded or if the problem began as a coincidence on the same day I downloaded the update. Has anyone else had this problem and more importantly how did you resolve it?
