Product: OfficeJet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I replaced a DeskJet 3830 because I could not get it to connect to the internet after about 18 months.

 

I'd like to remove it from my account but since it won't connect to the internet, this seems not possible.  I did remove web services from it but that didn't change anything.

 

I'd just like to remove the printer from Instant Ink and send back the cartridges.

 

I don't want to unenroll the new printer as it came with $40 in Instant Ink credits.
