ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Sometimes it crashes when I'm watching YouTube videos. It makes a weird noise and goes to a blue screen. It then usually says:

 

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION win32kfull.sys

 

and quickly reboots. I barely get time to look at the screen.

 

Other times are when I'm running something more graphically intensive. The screen changes color and goes mostly black but not entirely. It stays like that for a few seconds and reboots with no blue screen. The crash on 6/8 at 12:01 AM in the DMP files is an example of this.

Oddly enough the last crash was

 

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

 

and that one did not create a DMP file in the minidump folder. I don't know why.

 

THINGS I HAVE TRIED:

 

1. I've already checked that all drivers are up to date however I did not uninstall and reinstall ones that said they were up to date. I've done this by right clicking on each one in the device manager menu. I didn't try uninstalling ones which it already said were up to date. Can I uninstall my NIVDIA RTX 3070 driver and still see my screen? I don't know. I would try uninstalling and reinstalling if that was safe as I would like to see if it is a driver issue.

 

2. I've checked Windows Updates and see that I am up to date.

 

3. I've run chkdsk /f from the command prompt as admin.

 

4. I've run system file checker using sfc /scannow as admin.

 

5. I've run windows memory diagnostic and no errors were detected. Is there any way to fix this? The computer is under 6 months old.
