Product: Hp Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a new hp envy x360 and I realized that the internal microphone is not working, however, when I connect an external microphone, everything works fine. I have done all the various troubleshooting options but to no avail, I get a message which says I should plug in a microphone or headset.  I am currently trying to update windows to the latest version, I actually don't know if this is going to work. is there any other reliable option that I can try? 

I will equally like to know if these computers come without an internal microphone. Thank you
