Product: hp notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop was dead no sings of life. I disconnect the battery and disconnect the ac adapter, hold the power button. After that the lap top turn on but with black screen , max fan speed and caps lock flashing with no pattern ( flashing at same interval all the time ) . I open the laptop disconect ram one by one -nothing . I left the laptop for one hour to charge bios battery- noting. Any suggestions?
