Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-dq1000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP envy x360 convertible Laptop PC 15-ed 1000. For some reason, if I leave it in sleep mode for too long, maybe 3-5 hours, the base becomes too hot to touch. It's like when you touch plastic that's been sitting outside in the sun on a hot summer day. I'm not exaggerating. Does anyone know what's wrong?
