Getting error when I put in password. I wrote it down. Not working. Not even with caps on or off. I'm rather frustrated. Thank you.

Also dad bought the device for my gma, who passed away. If I need to prove ownership it should be fairly easy. Dad keeps good records AND has an HP account.
