I have the HP smart app installed on my computer and for months I have been able to click on the scan tile and it took me to the scanning options. Now when I click on it I get the rotating circle for a few seconds and then it kicks me out of the APP completely. Anyone know if I can do anything about it? I bought the printer to be able to scan and it is incredibly frustrating now it is not working.
