Product: AMD HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My question is... How is HP able to ship laptops that have a history of breaking hinges and have them break RIGHT after the warranty expires.
My hinge literally broke off from the screen and it has not even been 24 Hours since the warranty "Expired"
I am incredibly disappointed with this as I use this laptop for everything!. Is there anyway that HP can help me as this appears to be a design flaw in the laptop???
HP.. if you are watching this.. Contact me. I would like a little word with you.
