Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello! I have PC HP Pavilion HPE h8-1000ru. I want to change Windows 10 to Windows 7, but my key dont work on Microsoft site. On Microsoft site write, that "The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options."
