Dear HP Support

 

My monitor stopped working about 3 months ago and the input signal not found for this monitor HP Monitor P24423.8-inch display. Serial number is [Personal Information Removed]. I bought this brand new and it was working no problem. The monitor beside is working fine bought at exactly the same time. I just stopped working on day when I logged in the morning.
