My HP Eprint used to work with out issue. I need to be able to print on the go outside of my network. It just stopped working one day and after searching the internet and these forums high and low I ended up having to give up on being able to print outside of my home network.

 

Everything via touch screen on my printer was enabled, Web services and ePrint ECT. You have to go to WWW.HPSMART.COM login and enable the feature "SHARE THIS PRINTER WITH ANY HP ACCOUNT USER".

After being without the capability and not finding any solutions as of today nearly a year later I am able to use any of my email accounts to print from anywhere.
