Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have had an error appear in my RELIABILTY MONITOR even time i log on or start up my laptop, its been there around 2 weeks now, the error is :

 

omencap.exe  -  stopped working

 

i have hunted the file down through my c drive, and located the application OMENCAP and tried opening it but when i try nothing happens, im gathering this is part of my omen gaming hub, if so i dont think its cause any issues with it but if you could help me with how to resolve this issue with OMENCAP and rid me of this error id be very grateful.
