Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

image_2021-08-23_23-38-35.pngI have HP Pavilion x360 Convertible laptop which is touch screen and supports windows ink but when i try to connect my HP tilt pen 2.0 my bluetooth is not able to detect it , 

also HP pen control shows " HP pen control is not compatible with this computer "

i have tried :- 

1- updating firmware 

2- BIOS update 

3- divers update

4- diagnosis with several issues 

5- tried to contact hp support but the said as my laptop is out of warranty the wont help me

but what about my pen which i bought just 2 days back it also has 1 year warranty 

 

please help me with anything which can connect my pen with system ,

very disappointed from HP Support
