Hi, I have a problem that interferes with working comfortably with a laptop. After several warranty repairs of this device due to unstable performance (the motherboard and SSD were replaced), the following problem was detected in the laptop processor (CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx) which operates at a base speed of 2.10 GHz cannot exceed the limit of 0.40 GHz from which the laptop slows down very much and refuses to work correctly (it pulled everything before repairs, and now it slows down even with the lightest tasks such as launching the browser, etc., not to mention the games) In the service center that works with the support of hp, they said that they did everything possible and then refused to work with it.
It starts longer than before, before that the startup time was 9 seconds, now it is almost a minute, installed the driver on the chipset, it did not help. Also, in the energy saving settings, I set the maximum performance, which, in other respects, did not work, the service center advised to contact only hp for help. And so, here I am 🙂
