Product: Pavilion Gaming laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
So, I've faced the fact that my just-over 1-year-old laptop's SSD and motherboard is fried. Yay. Anyhow, trying to look up the specs of what I had so that I can be sure to purchase a similar one but when I do a serial number search it doesn't recognize it. And yes, I am sure it is the serial number and that it is input correctly. Even when I spoke to customer service when the problem first arose, they could not find it. Suggestions?
