Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I just bought a 15-dy2131wm at walmart and it says this laptop has Superspeed usb-c port

I have two docking stations and I cannot get them to work and display via HDMI, or display port.

 

I tried, google, drivers, youtube and cant figure it out.  when I connect, I get the following error:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A USB port reset request failed.

 

I was 'told' my laptop should support docking station, but how can I find out?  thanks!
