Product: HP EliteBook 8440p

HP laptop bios was corrupted while being updated. 
Created the Bios Recovery usb drive and proceeded to boot the laptop while pressing Windows + B. 

The usb drive flashes non stop and the capslock LED is also flashing but there is nothing showing on the display.
