HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy X360 15m-ee0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The touchscreen does not work. In Device Manager, there seems to be a driver issue with I2C HID Device. Using Driver Booster Pro, it shows "HIDClass - I2C HID Device driver issue (error 10)" and it fails to repair. Code 10 is:
"This device cannot start. Try upgrading the device drivers for this device. (Code 10)".
All drivers are up to date and it says it's already got the best driver available. Windows is fully up to date . The bios is all up to date. Is it simply a defective touch module?
