HP All in One

I see a lot of responses around unplugging from back of computer, waiting, then plugging back in and turning computer on - but that process isn't working for me. Still getting 3 long beeps followed by 4. All I did was restart my computer after seeing an alert that an update was needed. Very frustrating. Any other suggestions?
