Pavilion All-In-One 24-xa0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have a Pavilion All-In-One with a second HDMI monitor connected. Worked fine for over a year, then the All-In-one LCD monitor became a very dark grey, indicating that it has power but no video is being sent to it, and the desktop just moved over to the second monitor. The second monitor ID's itself as #2. Mouse can move off the second monitor over to the All-In-One monitor. I can move windows over it to but then need to guess where they are to drag them back to the operational second monitor. Issue appeared on power-up one day. Have since tried display setting changes but no joy. I think the video driver circuit in the All-In-One quit but somehow the software moved the home screen over the the second monitor.

HP has no updates and Win10 is fully updated. HP diagnostics all pass.

I suspect software but do not know how to continue. Any ideas?
