Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to upgrade HP EliteBook 840 G3 with sp87753.  

HP TPM Configuration Utility successfully updates TPM12_6.43.245.0_to_TPM20_7.63.3353.0.BIN, but after restart BIOS show error "TPM firmware is not updatable".

Maybe have an idea, whats wrong and what should i do to successfuly upgrade TPM to 2.0?
