Product: ENVY x360 13-ay0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The sound from the speakers after the laptop boots is quite high. But when playing music, it is very low.
From the accepted solutions to previous posts on this topic, I see that clean install of audio software/driver is a solution that worked. But I am not sure whether the links mentioned there for downloading the drivers is applicable to my notebook or not. Could you please help me?
