Product: HP Pavilion cs2073cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please Help ,  Wireless icon not showing up in the task bar on HP Pavilion cs2073cl

I tried all the options and even reset the laptop to factory reset and still it doesn't show the icon.

while booting , i clicked the system settings and ran the diagnostics and it says wireless device is good.

I ran the hp diagnostics app and it says IRQ/ROM Test failed contact HP support .
