Product: office jet pro 9250
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Apparently I locked my ability to make changes on my printer. I don't remember un and pw. There is no serial number sticker on my printer. I cannot get in touch with a human (cannot find a phone number anywhere). I have HP smart. No way on there to change settings. I am so frustrated now I cannot stand it. Can anyone help? I looked at the instructions in the other postings and none of them are helpful to me.
