HP DesignJet Z9dr 44in V4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One of the devices on our network has this happen. They send a document to print on our HP DesignJet Z9dr 44in V4, it gets processed through on Illustrator, it gets added to the print queue for about a second, then it disappears from the queue and never gets printed.

The printer resides on our print server with the latest drivers, Latest updates for Adobe. The server event viewer shows the print job being processed and complete on the print spooler.

The computer itself sees the printer and can print a test page to it. Printing from other applications also seems to work, just Adobe applications seem to have this issue. We really need to be able to print directly from Adobe since this is for graphic design.

I've tried uninstalling the printer and adding it to the device in question again.

One thing to note: On the print server we have the driver set to 'HP DesignJet Z9dr 44in V4 PCL' but on the user computers it changes to 'HP DesignJet Z9dr 44in PDF V4'. Could that have something to do with it?

Thanks!
