Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have a pavillion laptop that is stuck on restarting blue screen.

When I turn on, the restarting blue screen appears, then the laptop shuts down and again I see the blue screen with restarting

It seems to be running in a looop
