Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hello,

My work recently purchased a DesignJet T630 printer. The printer works very well but the cutter does not.

I went into setup, print settings and the enable cutter dot is slid to the right showing green in the space.

However, when I go to print multiple sheets of paper, the cutter does not cut after each sheet. In fact it doesn't cut at all.

When I try a single sheet it will cut, and when I replace the paper it will cut.

 

Please help.
