Product: Pavilion 24-xa1007na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My webcam turns off when up and on when down, which is useless.

 

I have reset drivers

I have reset camera

I have reset the whole computer, total fresh reinstallation

 

It's definitely a hardware issue, and no one has found a solution so far, although other people have had the same problem.

 

Please help!
