I’ve been around the houses trying to get someone to own the problem regarding incorrect firmware, no drivers, and no updated software for my Samsung CXL-6260fw.
All forum discussions are ignored. All calls ignored. All contact with HO agents deny that HO are supposed to support Samsung printers and refer to Samsung websites and phone numbers
I feel the time is now to take this legal
