Product: envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my envy 360 wont power on. The power cord light is on when plugged in. When I push the on/ off button, it flashes once when depressed and I get nothing. I have removed the battery and tried all those options. I plugged in my external backup hard drive and tried as well/ I get no sounds or lights other than one flash of the power button when I depress. I tried windows key plus b and v. The warranty is expired. Help!!
