It's been only 5 days since the purchase, both the design and full charge capacity of the battery reduced from 70 to 67whrs, it is terrible.
the laptop takes 2hr 30mins to full charge and lasts for about 3hrs on basic usage, which isn't expected from 70whr battery after tweak setting to bare minimum performance to get more of battery, it is disappointing to see this performance.
I've tried all means of "solutions" and  virtual assistant is terrible offers no help, I'm still stuck in this situation.

I've did the calibration once and the level dropped further, contacted hp service through whatsapp they were terrible no solutions were provided.

I've read in youtube comments that people with pavilion also faced same issue, whats the solution ?
