I'm trying to upgrade my HP slimline 260-a116nl from an HDD to an SSD.
I have tried this:
- Samsung SSD 850 Evo 120GB (not seen by the system)
- Samsung SSD 870 Evo 240GB (not seen by the system)
- Kingston SSD Now SV300S37A 240GB (seen by the system and successfully installed Windows 10)
- Kingston SSD SKC600 256GB (not seen by the system)
The problem is that i can't use the Kingston SV300 because the dekstop is not mine.
When i mount this ssd, computer don't boot and bios freeze when pc start. If i mount the SSD via sata-usb adapter it is successfully seen by the computer (and i cloned the drive from another one).
I have installed the latest BIOS version available.
What can i do? Thanks!
