Product: HP ENVY x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
There was a solution for "laptop sound decreases a few seconds after the video is turned on" - it was remove the Realtek driver and a link to the new one is given + remove the video driver (?) and a link to the new one. HP employee's response. I can't find it, help, please!!
I have HP ENVY x360 / Windows 10 (64=bit).
I think it's the fault of the drivers. It worked well for 2 years, but one day the sound began to decrease by itself when it wanted to.
P.s. Deleting and reinstalling the audio driver helped, but (it seems) only until the next update for Windows 10. 😞
