Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My microphone is not working on any apps. Not on regular internet or apps like zoom. when i test the microphone it doesn't seem like its hearing anything... In the settings it is allowed on all apps across the board, and my desktop is allowed to access it.

when i ran the troubleshooter it detects no problems...
