I wonder if this is normal as my laptop has "Maximize my battery health" both in BIOS and also in HP Power Manager and ok, when I use the laptop then the battery level is limited to 80% but when i completely shutdown it is charged to 100% again. At the first BIOS update after I bought the machine, everything worked fine and I was quite disappointed with this update. Hope someone can help me fix this situation
