Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
Product Description: HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw
Case Subject "There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer Off, then On. If you continue to get this message, contact support."
Spontaneous failure (no precipitating event). I have turned it off/on several times, unplugged it for 60 seconds, cold reset and factory reset. Toner levels all OK. It's just over a year old and sees very little use.
