Product: HP OFFICEJET PRO 8020e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Locked out in EWS area because "custom" printer password set [not by me!]. Tried PIN # on inside of cartridge access area as instructed by product manual, but got red incorrect password error message. STUCK!!! Please help.
