Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, my HP USB-C dock G5 keeps on switching off after 20 to 30 seconds after I push the power button. This has happened from one day to another for no apparent reason. The dock does not react to any further pushes on the power button until I have disconnected the power adapter. After I have done this, it starts again only to switch off again after 20 to 30 seconds. The dock is connected to a HP Probook 640 G5 laptop. There was no change on the software (WIN 10) on the laptop.
I would be grateful if anybody knows a work-around or solution to this issue. Thank you
