Product: Pavilion x360 m convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When starting up my laptop, it stays on the black screen with the hp logo. It will load for several moments until a message appears at the bottom of the screen that says Preparing Automatic Repairs. It doesn't progress beyond that and will stay like that.
