Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the Omen 16 with Windows 11. All the drivers are updated. The HP Support Assistant says that everything is okey, and also does the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.

 

I have been suffering from micro lag in the normal functioning. Normally is just microseconds of the audio getting stucked or the wifi stopping for a moment. But also in rare occasions, the PC freezes for a second.

 

¿Should I format and reinstall al drivers? ¿Could It be hardware issues even though the HP software says that everything is fine?
