My printer hasn't been able to connect to wifi for some time now (2 months, I'm only a light user). I'm finding the on-line assistant increasingly frustrating having tried several times and got nowhere...I can't even work out how to speak to a real person.
My printer is flashing purple and wifi symbol with 'E 9' also flashing on the electronic dash. The power button no longer works so I have to reboot by removing the power lead...and I've tried unplugging it to reboot it too. The wifi box is less than 5m away and works for laptops in various parts of the house. I'd quite like to return the printer as it's still under warranty, so if anyone can a) help me fix it or b) let me know how to return the printer under warranty I'd be eternally grateful. thanks
