Product: OMEN by HP 15-ax250wm Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I basically have the same issue this asker had, my battery is swelling and has cracked the enclosure, it does not seem to have damaged any of the internals yet but it does feel like the swell is getting bigger, my product is also out of warranty like the other asker and I am wondering if I too could receive a replacement battery. I attempted to use the virtual support agent but the page does not load.
