Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an Hp Care package for 3 years with onsite services. I need to get my battery replaced, when i asked them whether i can get it replaced onsite as the care package mentions that i can, they always try to persuade me to ship the laptop and get it repaired. Shipping options takes around 10 days to get it repaired, i cant stay without my laptop for 10 days as i work on it. Why can't they provide onsite services as mentioned in the care package? ......
