Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

How can I turn off the fade to grey of the inactive window on the touch screen, wether it's inbetween two windows on split screen or with a second monitor? It does not happen in split screen mode on second monitor so that it has to be a hardware parameter of the touchscreen.
