Product: HP 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Loaded the ADF with 6 sheets to copy. Error message indicated paper jam. Cleared all areas, however, the white gear inside the ADF is out of balance and can't clear the error message. Can send file to print; but cannot make copies.

How to fix the gears in the ADF?
