Hi,  I upgraded my warranty a month ago & received an email from HP confirming my order that day, telling me it'd be updated in my Dashboard in 3 - 7 days and I'd receive an email, but nothing has been received. I'm unable to actually get a 'live' person on the line and when I check on their order status page it tells me 'No order can be found'. When I checked in the first 7 days it told me an email would be sent to me when I received the update.
