Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP ENVY 5540 and when I go to print through a computer, it says there's a print error. And when I attempt to use my phone via the HP Smart app, the printer status error comes up and says "Tray Empty or Open" the tray is definitely not empty or open. I can print out paper quality and status sheets fine through the screen on the printer but anything remote isn't working. Idk if it's an app read issue or what.
