this is my first time ever posting for a problem like this. I see quite a few people have had a similar problem. I don’t know what happened but I got up to use my laptop and it was stuck in a boot loop black screen with the power button blinking a little bit for a couple seconds it looks like the spray what’s the power on but that it doesn’t I would say it’s a power problem so instinctively I opened up the back of the case and checked on the battery to make sure nothing exploded. To be honest I’ve had nothing but problems a little less than symbols of all of this laptop. In fact I’ve never had more problems with a computer in my life until getting this one but I got it because it was a good deal, I digress. The HP support is pretty much useless problem I contacted them through the assistant they have just basically told me to reformat the computer. I still have the store warranty for a few more days and I’ll secure about just sending it back used in the body on a Lenovo Legion since Lenovo is very reliable. But I have so much work put into this already I would really like to resolve it.

so here’s the issue I’m having call Bo boots up to a black screen and then it reboots after about 30 seconds it keeps doing it over and over again spamming the escape key cannot open up the bios. I saw somebody else write a tutorial on how to roll back the update it must’ve done to get people into this predicament, so I created and I made a bootable bios roll back on a USB and it doesn’t read it or do anything. I tried every possible thing to do I’m going to try to make another bootable roll back using the HP website software but it doesn’t look very promising to me it looks like this is a problem that many people have and that HP doesn’t want to resolve what are we supposed to do just sit here with no computer? no customer support no computer ridiculous

For what it’s worth I don’t expect an answer from anybody in the community I just want HP to see this so they could work a little harder to fix this because there are probably a lot of people right now can’t use the computer. This is more of a general complaint for anything but for what it’s worth I am using windows 11 I actually really like it I like it more than windows 10 but now I don’t like it at all
