Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have just bought a Lt4211 WWAN card, but when I plug the card in, I can't get the driver install, it say that windows have installed the best driver. And although my HP ZBook 15 G2 can read the generic GSM, but there is no signal (Tested on Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11)
Anyone know how to fix this problem?
